What FUSIONscore™ is

FUSIONscore™ is an organisational alignment diagnostic designed to help leaders and organisations examine perceptions across Brand, People, Operations, Alignment and Experience Delivery. It provides structured diagnostic information to support leadership discussion and further investigation.

2. A diagnostic is not a guarantee.

FUSIONscore™ is not intended to provide:

  • legal advice
  • financial advice
  • employment advice
  • medical or psychological diagnosis
  • a guaranteed business outcome
  • a definitive causal diagnosis
  • a substitute for appropriate professional judgement
  • a guarantee of customer or employee performance
  • a psychometrically validated population benchmark unless explicitly stated in future

Users remain responsible for decisions made using FUSIONscore™ information.

3

Eligibility

FUSIONscore™ is intended for professional and organisational use by people aged 18 or over. You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and, where acting for an organisation, authority to do so on its behalf.

4

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, not share accounts inappropriately, notify FUSIONscore™ of suspected unauthorised access, and keep account information reasonably current. We may require account verification and may update authentication methods as the service develops.

5

Leadership Baseline

The Leadership Baseline reflects the answers provided, the current question bank, the current scoring model and the user's available perspective. Results should be understood as diagnostic signals rather than factual certification of organisational performance.

6

Company Profiles

A user creating or administering a Company Profile must be authorised to act for the relevant organisation. The organisation is responsible for using accurate organisational information, inviting appropriate participants, using participant contact details lawfully, communicating appropriately with participants, not attempting to identify confidential responses, using company reports responsibly and complying with applicable employment and data-protection obligations. Additional data-processing responsibilities may be set out in the applicable agreement with the organisation.

7

Participant invitations

Users must not upload contact details they have no right to use, invite people under false pretences, use FUSIONscore™ for harassment or covert employee monitoring, attempt to bypass confidentiality thresholds, or misrepresent what participant responses will be used for. Participants should receive appropriate information before submitting responses.

8. Confidentiality model

Company reporting is designed around aggregate results and confidentiality thresholds. Users must not attempt to:

  • reverse engineer individual answers
  • combine reports to identify respondents
  • pressure respondents to disclose answers
  • circumvent suppression rules
  • use technical means to access raw employee response records without authorisation

9. Acceptable use

Users must not use FUSIONscore™ to:

  • break the law
  • infringe another person's rights
  • upload malicious code
  • probe or attack platform security
  • gain unauthorised access
  • scrape restricted data
  • impersonate another person
  • manipulate survey participation fraudulently
  • circumvent confidentiality controls
  • use the service to discriminate unlawfully against individuals
  • resell or clone proprietary FUSIONscore™ content without permission
  • interfere with service operation

10. Intellectual property

FUSIONscore™, the FUSIONscore™ methodology, question wording, scoring architecture, reporting concepts, design, written content and associated Q Branch intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Q Branch Consulting Limited, except where otherwise stated.

Users receive a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose. Downloading a report does not transfer ownership of the underlying FUSIONscore™ methodology or intellectual property. Organisation-specific underlying business information remains subject to the relevant customer's rights and agreements.

11. Reports

Users may use legitimate organisation reports internally for leadership, planning and development. Users must not:

  • misrepresent illustrative sample data as real benchmark data
  • remove important methodological limitations when presenting results
  • use protected confidential results to identify individuals
  • claim FUSIONscore™ has reached conclusions it did not make
  • publicly reproduce proprietary materials beyond permitted use without consent

12. Sample data

Any sample company, sample report, example score or illustrative dashboard clearly marked as illustrative is fictional and must not be treated as a real client result or industry benchmark.

13. Methodology changes

FUSIONscore™ may evolve. Question banks, scoring methods, reporting functions or interpretive guidance may change as the product develops. Where appropriate, versions should be identified, historical assessment waves should retain their associated methodology and material methodological changes should be documented.

Service availability

We aim to keep FUSIONscore™ available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical failure, security events or third-party services may affect availability. Any specific service-level commitment will only apply where it has been expressly agreed in separate commercial terms.

15

Third-party services

FUSIONscore™ may rely on third-party technology for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, database infrastructure or other service functions. Use of third-party services may also be subject to provider terms where applicable.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, legal compliance, non-payment where paid services exist, or protection of other users or the platform. Users may close their account subject to applicable retention requirements and any separate contractual obligations.

17. Data after termination

Data retained after account closure or termination is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice, applicable organisation agreements and any legal or security retention requirements.

18

Disclaimer

FUSIONscore™ results depend on the information and perceptions supplied by respondents. Organisational conditions may change and different groups may legitimately experience the same organisation differently. Reports should therefore support investigation and leadership judgement rather than replace them.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. FUSIONscore is a diagnostic and decision-support service rather than a guarantee of business outcome. Any additional commercial liability terms agreed for a paid Q Branch engagement, enterprise deployment or separate service will be set out in the applicable proposal, order form or client agreement.

20. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right. These Terms operate alongside any separate proposal, order form or client agreement that applies to a paid Q Branch engagement.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms.

22

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as FUSIONscore™ develops. The current version and effective date will be published here. Where a change materially affects existing users, we will provide appropriate notice.
